All orders have a processing time of 5-7 days.

Orders once shipped, cannot be subjected to any changes or returns without due notice.

Upon shipping, it is solely the customer's responsibility to observe tracking and report any issues.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To get a refund for a damaged product you will need to send us an uncut video of opening your whole package from the start, We will not accept pictures or edited videos.
